So as the old adage goes….if you want something done you gotta do it yourself.  I’m movin’ in to my space!

No more lawyers, no more asking the landlord to fix what his previous tenant left behind. I’m going to take the high road and get the job done and open my doors.

I’ve got the cleaners booked, the floors are coming and paint will be on the walls next week. All the rest can be ironed out later.

I think after 31 days an agreement could have been reached….right?

Hopefully see you at the grand opening. I’ll keep you posted.
